Admissions

 

1)          Check the English language requirements of each of the courses. It may be necessary for you to take English language testing to ensure you have the required language capability.

2)          Check the next starting date of the course

             a)          Programs start monthly

             b)          Courses start continuously

3) Request an application form from apply@mocaca.com. Or, apply online at Registration Form and fill in the information so that we can confirm availability of the Program or Course you wish to take.

             We will send you an application form and invoice for payment

4)          Submit your completed application for our review along with a non-refundable C$200.00 Tuition Deposit. Payment can be made over the internet using PayPal.  We will send you an invoice that you can pay through PayPal or to our local representative in your country

5)          If everything is correct and you have the required English language qualifications, a letter of acceptance will be sent by email and the balance of all tuition fees, costs of textbooks and any other course material must be paid. Payment can be made over the internet using PayPal or to our local representative.

6)          Text books and any other course material will be sent to you.  You              will advise us upon receipt and start the course or program at the              next starting date.

Refund Policy

Courses - Once a course textbook has been shipped no money will be refunded

Programs - All tuition fees paid minus the Program Tuition Deposit of C$200.00, the costs of any textbooks and shipping charges, and a Service Fee of C$50.00 will be refunded if MoCaCa receives a request 7 calendar days prior to the commencement of the program. If notice of withdrawal is received 1-6 days before the program commencement, 75% of all tuition paid minus the Program Tuition, the costs of any textbooks and shipping charges,  and Service fees.  No tuition fees paid will be refunded once the program or course has started.

 

If a student must withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances after the course start date a letter must be submitted stating  the reason to the head administrator. Each case will be decided individually. 

Course and Program Start Dates

All start dates are the 1st day of each calendar month.  Tuition must be received by MoCaCa by the 15th of the previous month
